Health Policy Analyst
Angel Miles is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Angel’s work focuses on the intersections of race, class, gender, and ability. Angel’s dissertation highlights how education, economics, architecture, and discrimination, combine with personal issues of identity and self-esteem to create barriers to homeownership for these women. Angel has a Ph.D. in Women’s Studies from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in English from Pennsylvania State University.
